Because Michael made dinner for Jaime on Tues, and we were upstairs, I wanted until Thur to make dinner for Tina. Four courses!
Shirmp cocktail stuffed avacados, medium shrimp and celery with cream cheese
Lobster Bisque with Crab Meat
Snow Crab Cakes with a citrus cream sauce
Asparagrus with a lemon cheese sauce
Pine nut couscous
Chocholate covered strawberries, chocholate creme, and miniature pastries.
