A BIG pot of Cream of Broccoli soup
Melt a pound of butter, and in 3 cups of flour and cook for a few minutes. And in a quart of 1/2 & 1/2, then thin with a gallon of milk. 1/2 hour before serving and in a pound of broccoli. Yum. :-) Not very low cal, but tastes really good! Made soup for the church director's meeting last night. I'll post the exact recipe later.
