Gmail is Google's email web app. It isn't widely available yet... but you can sign up for info as it becomes available... I did.
In general I keep all my email on my laptop, pulled from my work server via POP3. But this might cause me to rethink that and start actually using a web app for my personal email. 1G of free stroage and an integrated google search engine... Pretty cool.
