A day in the life

  • 5:00 AM - up and start working
    • Manager sent mail asking if I knew about a bug. Yes, its listed in both Bugzilla and on the wiki. Search for both and send him references.
    • User asked if an enhancement was on the candidate list. Yes, was in Word. Migrate to the wiki and send him and the Business Analyst mail
    • Check for closed bugs on Bugzilla and make sure their writes up on the wiki are complete and release notes are written
    • Check recent changes on the wiki and make sure pages are compliant with current process, have all needed info, etc.
